The OPTOPLEX Web measuring system is intended for In-line process monitoring of the quality of coatings evaporated on foils in a vacuum chamber. OPTOPPLEX Web measures the spectral transmission and/ or the spectral reflection of the coated layer, processes the data in real time and presents the results in several easy to use graphical modes.

Amazing measurement speed, excellent data reproducibility and high reliability make it first choice for process control. The systems consist of single- or double -beam spectrometers with a halogen lamp. The fact that the measuring system is designed in the form of slide-in units guarantees fast and reliable changing of units. The use of light guides ensures simple adaptation of dedicated measuring configurations, measuring optics and measuring heads.
